Pricing and Delivery
How does it work?
Within 24 hours of receiving either a fax, custom design sheet or inquiry, we will send you an email showing a proof of your custom sign along with a quote. Upon your approval of the quote and proof, we're ready to go.
For standard designs from the Design Your Sign, we will begin fabrication upon receipt of your payment.For completely custom signs, 50% is due when ordering and 50% upon completion of the sign and prior to shipping.

Returns
Because every Belmeade sign is custom made, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. Should there be an issue, please contact us. It's important to remember that each piece is lovingly handcrafted by our artisans and therefore, has the inherent characteristics unique to such work.
Processing your order:
Once you've approved your sign design (from the standard design sheet), it generally takes us about one week to complete the handcrafting . However, more complex signs may require additional time.
We cannot begin work on standard signs without full payment or custom signs without a 50% down payment.
Delivery:
Shipping charges are not included in the listed prices. We ship ground via USPS or DHL and will provide shipping costs with your quote. Customer is responsible for installation of all signs, brackets or posts.
Payment methods:
We accept PayPal, money order or personal check. Orders paid by personal check cannot be started until the check has cleared.
